Job summary

The position offers a pay rate of £19.00–£20.00 per hour along with ongoing training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman, Ganger, or Senior Groundworker.
- Strong knowledge of highways, drainage, foundations, earthworks.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise site operatives and subcontractors.
- Organise daily activities for safety and efficiency.
- Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate plant, materials, and labour.
