Job summary

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Harworth, DN11 for Production Operatives to join a busy window manufacturing team. The role involves hands-on assembly preparation, using hand tools and basic machinery, with full training provided.

You will work Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. This is a temporary to permanent position with immediate start and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, practical approach to work.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
• Experience using hand tools or operating machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare windows for assembly.
• Use hand tools to complete tasks.
• Attach hinges, locks and components.
• Carry out general production and assembly duties.
• Operate machinery where required.
• Check finished products for quality.
• Follow production instructions and processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures.
• Work as part of a busy production team.
