Job summary

Just Temps is recruiting for a Window Fabricator to join our client in Witham, Essex on a temporary to permanent basis. You'll work in the production team manufacturing high-quality windows from start to finish, with full training across departments.

Hours are Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm and 6:00am - 2:00pm on Fridays. Starting pay is £12.71 per hour, increasing with experience. This role offers a clear path to permanency for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous window manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Candidates with transferable skills from a similar manufacturing or fabrication environment will also be considered.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble window products to company quality standards.
• Learn and work across different departments throughout the production process.
• Work on the hanging line preparing products for the next manufacturing stage.
• Learn the different furniture options and product ranges available.
• Support the Stores department by preparing customer orders and window packs.
• Carry out glass inspection and quality checks.
• Ensure products are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with additional production duties and support colleagues where required.

Window Fabricator - We are currently recruiting for a

Window Fabricator to join our client in

Witham, Essex on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a

temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the

right candidate will go permanent!

About the role

Working as part of the production team, you'll be involved in the manufacture of high-quality windows from start to finish. You'll receive training across several departments, learning each stage of the manufacturing process while ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Working hours are

Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm and 6:00am - 2:00pm on Fridays. You will have a 45 minute total break each day (taken at 9:00am and 12:00pm)

The starting pay rate is £12.71 per hour which increases with experience.
