Job summary

Position 1 Recruitment is seeking Production Operatives in Lenwade to join a busy windows manufacturing company. The role offers long-term work with the potential to become permanent, working Monday to Friday with two shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:15-22:15, no rotating. Own transport is required.

Responsibilities include assisting in production and assembly, safe operation of machinery, quality checks, and maintaining a clean work area while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Manual handling experience is required.
• Experience in window fabrication is desirable but training provided.
• Must have your own transport.
• Able to work a non-rotating shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and assembly of windows and doors.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
