Job summary

Flexistaff Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Manager / Supervisor for our Dunstable client. The role demands hands-on leadership to guide daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and drive performance across goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch.

Location is Dunstable with Monday to Friday work, 10:00 to 19:00. Salary ranges £31,000–£35,000 depending on experience, reflecting a stable, long-term contract for a hands-on manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the warehouse team on a day-to-day basis.
• Allocate workloads and ensure daily targets are achieved.
• Monitor productivity, attendance and overall team performance.
• Ensure warehouse processes and procedures are followed correctly.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping.
• Support goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch and general warehouse operations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Train, develop and support team members.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve operational targets.
• Take a hands-on approach when required and lead by example.
