They seek a Technical Lead to guide a team of about 7 engineers, stay hands-on, and own design, development and delivery while mentoring peers; hybrid work with central London office and flexible on-site days.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coding with AI/LLM in production
• Strong Python-based engineering fundamentals
• Ability to mentor and grow engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 7 engineers
• Design, build and ship features, while staying hands-on
• Mentor, coach and raise the team's bar
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering on technical direction
