Job summary

IBC Healthcare is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a cluster of Supported Living services in Leicester. This field-based role requires you to be visible on-site, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality, compliant care across multiple services.

You will drive quality and compliance, manage rotas and supervise teams face-to-face, with a strong emphasis on person-centred support. You will lead from the front, work closely with managers, families and professionals, and travel between sites as

• Must have proven hands-on leadership in social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, visible leadership across a cluster of Supported Living services in Leicester.
• Own the quality and compliance of every service in your cluster: care plans, medication management, safeguarding, incident reporting and CQC readiness.
• Lead, coach and performance-manage support teams day-to-day, including rotas, supervisions and appraisals.
• Ensure care packages for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs are safe and outcomes-focused.
• Champion Positive Behaviour Support and least restrictive practice across your teams.
• Promote choice, independence, dignity and inclusion in everyday support.
• Build strong relationships with people we support, families and external professionals.
• Spot and act on compliance gaps and quality concerns quickly; set the standard for your cluster.
• Support individuals to access their communities, build skills and work towards personal goals.
