Job summary

Sanderson is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to work closely with senior customers on complex technology transformation challenges across AI, data, cloud, applications, integration, security and governance.

The role is hands-on from a design perspective, translating business problems into practical technology solutions, shaping proposals and collaborating with specialist teams to deliver modern enterprise architectures in banking, FS, or insurance contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Solution Architecture.
• 20+ years' overall technology experience.
• Strong breadth across Cloud, Data, Applications, APIs/Integration and Security.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong senior stakeholder and customer-facing skills.
• Ideally a background in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance.
