Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate production plant and equipment, monitor processes, record production data and ensure materials are handled, packaged and labelled correctly.

Full training will be provided, so prior experience with our processes is not essential. This permanent role includes rotating shift patterns with 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (10% shift allowance) or 6am-2pm /

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production or process environment.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal procedures accurately.
• Hands-on, reliable approach to work.
• Experience in a process manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate production plant and equipment, monitor processes, record production data and ensure materials are handled, packaged and labelled correctly.
