Job summary

One to One Personnel Limited is seeking a Production Operative for Basildon to join a busy manufacturing environment. The role involves supporting production while maintaining safety and high housekeeping standards.

The position runs on a 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shift (40 hours per week) with a 13-week Temp–Perm arrangement, offering a baseline of £27,000 per annum or £12.98 per hour. Basildon location.

Qualifications

• Previous production/manufacturing experience desirable.
• Comfortable working with machinery and following set processes.
• Reliable, safety conscious with good attention to detail.
• Positive team player with a practical hands-on approach.
• Flexible and willing to support where required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Follow processing instructions and quality standards accurately.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, housekeeping and health & safety.
• Support warehouse and administrative duties when required.
• Work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
• Complete additional duties as required by management.
