Artificial is scaling its product team to orchestrate end-to-end delivery across Discovery, Delivery and Optimisation for our insurance tech platform. You will partner with insurance and engineering experts to unblock initiatives, shape roadmaps, and drive outcomes that matter to customers and partners.

Qualifications
- 10+ years demonstrable experience in Product Manager or Product Owner space delivering value to the business.
- Strategic thinker with a business mindset.
- Experience in a fast-paced, technological environment with ambiguity; adaptability is essential.
Responsibilities
- Contribute across discovery, delivery and optimisation with a clear hypothesis; ship outcomes and improve live features.
- Decide what to build next and what to stop using quantitative and qualitative evidence; show reasoning.
- Lead roadmap and delivery conversations with clients, aligning expectations with commitments.
- Hold scope to the smallest viable version to move outcomes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship iterative enhancements.
- Collaborate with VP of Product and wider team on direction, prioritisation and scheduling of product roadmap.
- Support definition of evolving target state for digital and connected insurance businesses.
