Transport Exchange Group (TEG) in London is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Exchange to own and evolve SaaS products for our logistics and transportation platform. You will work with Engineering, QA and Business Analysts to translate business and Member requirements into clear product specs, prioritise the backlog and deliver value to Members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Product Manager within a software, SaaS or technology environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and collaboration with Engineering and QA.
• Ability to translate complex business and user requirements into clear product requirements.
• Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned products and features, driving Member adoption and improvements.
• Develop understanding of products, users, processes and technical dependencies.
• Translate requirements into structured, actionable product specs for Engineering and QA.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog to focus on high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand problems and identify solutions.
• Monitor product performance and adoption to determine further improvements.
