Job summary

Trainline is seeking a Senior Product Manager, International Supply, to own end-to-end market launches across Europe. You will work across two squads with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Legal, and Finance to deliver scalable, customer-focused experiences on our platform.

The role requires strong product management across markets, thinking end-to-end from integration to customer landing, and a solid grasp of partnerships economics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager across multiple European markets.
• Ability to understand the customer problem end-to-end, from integration to experience landings.
• Experience managing a portfolio of integrations or partnerships with clear prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, scoping, and delivery of new market launches, owning the product strategy from problem framing to customer-facing experience.
• Develop deep understanding of how carriers and markets are integrated into the Trainline platform and keep complexity invisible to the customer.
• Make informed investment decisions across the supply portfolio, balancing deepening existing integrations with new markets.
• Work across two squads, prioritising across both while maintaining depth on high-impact areas.
• Define and track key metrics, building a clear point of view on success and using data to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial to understand market economics, including commission structures with partners.
• Work with Engineering on API integrations with carrier/market partners and system constraints.
• Embed AI tools to accelerate value delivery to customers and improve work speed/quality.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, GTM, and Marketing to ensure launches are set up for success.
