Specsavers in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead by example, work hands-on, and champion a customer-first mindset. You’ll support the Store Manager and help keep the store and team running like clockwork while developing skills in optics.

We welcome candidates with optics experience and a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced retail setting, with a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work.
