Specsavers Hoddesdon is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead by example in a busy retail environment. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly, delivering exceptional customer care and overseeing daily operations.

Experience in optics is appreciated but not essential, with a strong commercial mindset and a positive attitude. You’ll join a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality eye and hearing care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail setting.
• Interest or experience in optics is a plus but not required.
