Specsavers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Middlesbrough to join a fast-paced retail team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to run daily operations, lead staff, and deliver exceptional eye care and customer service in the community.

The role requires leadership experience in retail, with optics experience being desirable. You should be commercially minded, flexible, and ready to contribute to a supportive team that values excellence and a great customer experience.

Formación

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in optics is desirable but not essential for consideration.
• Commercially minded with strong store performance focus.
• Able to manage staff and operations in a busy setting.
