Job summary

ECW Search is seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to join a small, collaborative technical team. You’ll own the network across multiple sites, configuring Cisco switches/routers and Meraki environments, and improving security, reliability and performance.

You’ll investigate issues to root cause, work with vendors, and contribute ideas on upgrades, deployments and tech projects. CCNA/CCNP knowledge is beneficial, as is experience with 802.1X, RADIUS, and Azure networking.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco/Meraki environments in a commercial setting.
• Strong fundamentals in LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs and security concepts.
• CCNA/CCNP level knowledge is advantageous; certification or equivalent experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support and troubleshoot Cisco switching and routing across multiple sites.
• Manage multi-site Cisco Meraki environments and enterprise Wi-Fi.
• Investigate network issues to root cause and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors and deliver network upgrades and deployments.
• Maintain network diagrams and technical documentation.
