• Lead and support multiple operational sites
• Drive productivity, performance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and mentor site leadership teams
• Ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations at all times
• Manage resources, plant utilisation and operational planning
• Monitor performance against KPIs and business objectives
• Deliver cost-effective operational solutions while maintaining standards
• Foster accountability, engagement and ownership across teams
• Serve as a key link between operational teams and senior leadership
• Maintain high standards in health & safety and operational delivery
