You’ll be accountable for improving results, raising standards and turning insights into action. This role offers genuine autonomy within a large UK organisation and opportunities to shape outcomes across the region.

• Experience leading multiple locations or sites across a geographical area.
• Strong track record of improving operational and commercial performance.
• Experience coaching, developing and challenging managers.
• Confident with performance data and commercial conversations.
• Hands-on, visible leadership with the ability to drive impact.

• Take ownership of the commercial and operational performance of your area.
• Lead, coach and challenge managers to deliver stronger results.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement clear action plans.
• Understand the numbers—what’s working, what isn’t and why.
• Raise standards and drive consistency across locations.
• Build capable management teams with clear succession plans.
• Manage costs without compromising performance.
• Address underperformance quickly and constructively.
• Share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Spend time across your area, staying close to teams.
