Job summary

Cure Talent Ltd is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join the production engineering team. You will help keep existing medical devices reliable, available and fit for purpose, with hands-on fault diagnosis and component obsolescence management.

You will update schematics and PCB designs, test changes and lead changes through the engineering change process, collaborating with manufacturing, supply chain and R&D to improve reliability and reduce cost while staying compliant.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electronics engineering experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Hands-on fault finding and root-cause analysis.
• Experience reading schematics and using PCB design tools KiCad or Altium.

Responsibilities

• Investigate production and field failures, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage component obsolescence and assess alternatives to maintain product supply.
• Update schematics and PCB designs, test changes and release through change control.
• Improve product reliability, manufacturability and cost while maintaining compliance.
• Work across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain to resolve day-to-day technical issues.
