Reevr Talent Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to own mechanical products from concept through to production release.

You will produce 3D CAD models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings, applying GD&T and DFM/DFA concepts while collaborating with manufacturing, procurement and quality teams. The role involves hands‑on verification, V&V activities and supporting value engineering to deliver cost‑effective solutions.

Formación

• At least 18 months experience in mechanical design or product development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes including injection moulding, castings, sheet metal, extrusions, machining, fabrication and electromechanical assembly.
• Experience applying DFM, DFA, FMEA, root‑cause analysis, material selection and tolerance analysis.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering principles including statics, kinematics, dynamics and supporting calculations.
• Understanding of gears, motors, drive systems or mechanical actuation systems.
• Knowledge of connectors, cables and ingress‑protected electromechanical enclosure design.
• Ability to produce and check engineering drawings using dimensioning and GD&T.
• Experience supporting products through development, testing and production release.

Responsabilidades

• Taking ownership of mechanical products from concept through to production release.
• Producing 3D CAD models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings with proper tolerancing.
• Applying DFM, DFA, FMEA and quality principles across projects.
• Supporting new product development and value engineering activities.
• Preparing engineering change notices and ensuring documentation stays up to date.
• Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical issues for production.
• Planning product verification, prototype testing and data analysis.
• Producing specifications, test reports and engineering documentation.
• Investigating issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Participating in design reviews and guiding junior engineers when needed.
• Supporting production, purchasing and service teams with engineering queries.
• Managing activities, identifying risks and ensuring quality, cost and timing targets.
