Job summary

Hewett-Recruitment are recruiting a hands-on Management Accountant for a Kidderminster-based group. You will oversee the accounts department, produce monthly management accounts for the group and manage a small team.

Working closely with the General Manager you will prepare cash flow forecasts, annual P&L forecasts, VAT returns, intercompany transactions, PAYE submissions and support external auditors. Sage 200 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Management Accountant/Finance Manager role.
• Experience supervising a small team.
• Sage 200 experience.
• CIMA or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Producing monthly management accounts for the group.
• Overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the Accounts department.
• Managing and supporting a team of three.
• Preparing and posting journals and cash flow forecasts.
• Assisting with year‑end audits and VAT returns.
