Job summary

Pareto FM is seeking an experienced Working Engineering Supervisor for an on-site role in Islington, North London. You will lead the engineering team, coordinate maintenance activities across M&E building services, and ensure safety, compliance and performance on site.

You will manage PPMs, liaise with the Contract Manager, support quotations and client reporting, and supervise subcontractors to deliver works safely and to standard.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Experience supervising engineers in facilities management or building services.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and RAMS, permits and safe systems of work.
• Experience coordinating planned and reactive maintenance with contractors.
• Proficient with CAFM or maintenance-management systems such as simPRO.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the engineering team to deliver planned and reactive maintenance.
• Coordinate PPM and reactive tasks through simPRO and the client’s systems.
• Allocate work to engineers and coordinate specialist subcontractors.
• Monitor SLAs and statutory maintenance requirements.
• Review RAMS, permits and other health & safety documentation before works.
• Provide monthly client reporting and assist with contract performance.
