Project Freelance is seeking an IT Systems Support Engineer in Godalming, Surrey. The role focuses on IT support, system administration, and expanding cloud and hybrid infrastructure knowledge.

You will work with users, customers, and distributors to resolve technical issues, primarily supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and AD environments. A hands-on, learning-oriented candidate is ideal.

Qualifications

• Commercial IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments and users.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.
