Record PLC is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager in the Greater London area. You will lead and contribute to delivery, operation, security, and improvement of global infrastructure services, working hands-on with a small team in a hybrid model with minimum three days in the office.

The role requires technical leadership across Azure, M365, end-user devices, networks, and security, while aligning with regulatory and risk requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing global infrastructure.
• Experience in security, risk, and compliance for financial services.
• Experience with cloud and on-prem improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of global infrastructure and security.
• Deliver cloud, network, servers, storage, and end-user computing hands-on with the team.
• Mentor infrastructure staff and set technical standards.
• Ensure resilience, disaster recovery, and regulatory alignment.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Report KPIs, SLAs, and performance to leadership.
