Job summary

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are partnering with a well-established organisation in Aylesbury to recruit a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR Advisor to join their growing HR team on site. You will report to the Head of HR and play a key role in delivering a high-quality, proactive HR service across the business.

Salary £35k - £45k dependant on experience. This is a hands-on HR role focusing on day-to-day HR operations, supporting managers, ensuring compliance, and providing outstanding employee and manager

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Experience in an operational HR role with admin focus.
• Strong HR best practice and employee relations knowledge.
• Excellent organisation and IT skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR queries.
• Advise on policies, procedures and best practice.
• Prepare documentation, reports and correspondence.
• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment and interviews.
• Prepare payroll information and ensure timely submission.
• Support compliance with HR processes.
