Qualifications

• Proven track record of stabilising and transforming underperforming manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

• Lead the performance, capability, and culture of a precision machining facility.
• Implement operational control, and clear KPIs to restore efficiency.
• Drive cultural and behavioural change within the manufacturing team.
