Job summary

TN Talent Recruitment Ltd are partnering with an established engineering business in Nottinghamshire to appoint a General Manager responsible for manufacturing operations and the commercial agenda. You will lead production and engineering teams, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and develop key customer relationships to accelerate growth and profitability.

The role offers a permanent, senior leadership position with a strong influence on strategic direction and long-term commercial

Qualifications

• Senior management experience within precision engineering, CNC machining or engineering-led manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and managing teams.
• Commercial experience involving customer relationships, sales growth or business development.
• A good understanding of budgets, P&L, cost control and profitability.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.

General Manager - Manufacturing & Commercial Operations

Location: Nottinghamshire

Salary: £60,000 + Bonus Scheme

TN Talent Recruitment are working with an established engineering business in Nottinghamshire to recruit an experienced General Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and support the company's continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded manufacturing leader who combines strong operational experience with the ability to develop customer relationships, improve profitability and identify new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, leading manufacturing teams, driving operational improvements and contributing to the company's long-term commercial strategy.

The Role
