• Track record of success in a Senior Management role within a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing cross-functional teams from Engineering to Sales.
• Ability to achieve profit and growth through effective planning and P&L leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of the business deliver on time and budget.
• Full responsibility of P&L.
• Drive strategy across all business areas.
• Manage operations, Logistics, Sales, Engineering, HSE, and Finance.
• Develop a strong health and safety culture.
• Improve performance of direct reports through strong communication.
• Ensure the best experience for customers in Sales and Customer Service.
