Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is working with a boutique independent restaurant with rooms in Suffolk seeking a brilliant General Manager to take the reins. This hands-on GM role puts you on the floor, leading a small team and shaping service with close collaboration with the Head Chef, wine focus, and guest interaction.

You will drive a high-standard operation, build a capable team, and unlock the potential of seven bedrooms, with relocation or accommodation support potentially available for the right

Qualifications

• From a quality-led restaurant background (Michelin / Rosette / premium independents).
• Must love being on the floor and engaging with guests.
• Wine knowledge and WSET Level 2 preferred, with willingness to training for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and be the face of the business in an intimate setting.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food and service.
• Develop the team and take ownership of the wider business, including seven bedrooms.
