I'm hiring for two companies:

https://sherpa.cx and https://slidespeak.co are looking for HANDS-ON senior technical leads to help build and scale their products.

Sherpa is a well-funded pre-seed startup building AI agents/products for consulting firms. They are hiring a senior to manage and contribute directly to the codebase.

Slidespeak is the fastest-growing company in the AI-based slideshow generation space, with over 6 million presentations created in the past year. They are seeking a hands-on senior individual contributor.

You should have hands-on experience with:

• RAG, vectors, LLM (beyond just API calls), and evaluation platforms
• Building scalable and fault-tolerant systems
• Backend and frontend technologies; primarily backend roles, but contribution to frontend is expected
• Fluent knowledge of Go

Bonus points for experience in early-stage startups or building projects independently.

Sherpa is an onsite role in London, UK, with visa sponsorship available.

SlideSpeak is a remote opportunity, with the option for hybrid work if located in London, as office space is available.
