I'm hiring for two companies:

https://sherpa.cx and https://slidespeak.co are looking for HANDS ON senior technical leads to help build and scale their product.

Sherpa is a well-funded pre-seed startup building AI agents/products for consulting firms. They are hiring a senior technical lead to manage and contribute to the codebase.

Slidespeak is the fastest-growing company in the AI-based slideshow generation space, having generated over 6 million presentations in the past year. They are looking for a hands-on senior individual contributor.

You are expected to have hands-on experience with:

• RAG, vectors, LLM (beyond just API calls), and evaluation platforms
• Building scalable and fault-tolerant systems
• Backend and Frontend technologies, primarily backend roles but with contribution to frontend
• Fluent knowledge of Go

Bonus: Experience in early-stage startups and/or building projects yourself

Sherpa is an onsite role in London, UK, and they will sponsor visas.
