I'm hiring for two companies:

Sherpa and SlideSpeak are looking for HANDS ON senior technical leads to help build and scale their product.

Sherpa is a well-funded pre-seed startup building AI agents/products for consulting firms. They are hiring a senior technical lead to manage and contribute to the codebase. This role is onsite in London, UK, and they will sponsor visas.

SlideSpeak is the fastest-growing company in the AI-based slideshow generation space, having generated over 6 million presentations in the past year. They are seeking a hands-on senior individual contributor. This is a remote opportunity, with office space available in London for hybrid work.

You are expected to have hands-on experience with:

• RAG, vectors, LLM (beyond just API calls), and evaluation platforms
• Building scalable and fault-tolerant systems
• Backend and frontend technologies, primarily backend but contributing knowledge to frontend
• Fluent knowledge of Go

Bonus: Experience in early-stage startups or building projects yourself.
