Job summary

PYVITAL Ltd is seeking a Financial Controller in Alfreton to join a growing team. This hands-on role will own day-to-day finance operations, work closely with the leadership team, and provide financial insight on margins.

You will prepare management accounts, balance sheets and cash flow forecasts, support with sales ledger, and help drive business improvements in a small finance function.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA or CIMA accountant required.
• Strong experience with management accounts, balance sheets and cash flow forecasting.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Produce and maintain balance sheets and reconciliations.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor financial position.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and margin analysis.
• Support wider finance team with day-to-day activities including sales ledger.
