Job summary

Big Sky Additions Limited near Stalham, Norfolk is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to own the finance function, managing day-to-day accounts, payroll, year-end work and lender reporting while partnering with the owners to drive improvements.

In this role you’ll enhance ERP usage, improve reporting and processes, and provide clear financial information to support decisions. Manufacturing experience is useful but not essential; the focus is practical problem solving and ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience of year-end accounts, financial reporting and payroll.
• Hands-on accounting experience with ownership of a finance function.
• Manufacturing experience is useful but not essential.
• Practical, adaptable and proactive approach to improvements.

Responsibilities

• Financial accounts including year-end preparation and quarterly lender reporting.
• End-to-end payroll and pension administration.
• Audit requirements and maintaining robust financial controls.
• Credit control and finance matters for smaller group entities.
• Improve ERP usage, reporting and finance processes.
• Provide clear financial information to support business decisions.
