Cox Automotive Europe is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Facilities and Site Maintenance Technician to keep our busy automotive site safe, efficient and looking its best. You will be responsible for general building, electrical and plumbing maintenance, HVAC checks, fire safety tasks and liaising with contractors to ensure compliant, well-recorded maintenance.

The role runs 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on-site at Wyton.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults and implement fixes quickly.
• Organised and proactive with ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• General building and site maintenance.
• Electrical repairs and wiring checks.
• Plumbing repairs and fixture maintenance.
• HVAC maintenance and servicing.
• Planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Fire safety, alarm and emergency lighting checks.
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and stock levels.
