Job summary

HVAC Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician for a static site in Chesterfield. The role involves electrical PPM and reactive maintenance, fault finding, emergency lighting testing, fire alarm checks, and supporting HVAC/AHU work on a long-term contract.

The position offers a stable work environment with a cycle of 90% planned maintenance and 10% reactive tasks, alongside a company van for personal use and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-skilled maintenance electrician on commercial facilities.
• Electrical qualification compatible with site maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Fault finding and electrical repairs.
• Test emergency lighting and check fire alarms.
• Monitor water temperatures and perform tap flushing.
• Carry out general mechanical and building services maintenance.
• Support HVAC/AHU maintenance.
• Issue permits to work to subcontractors.
• Work within a small, experienced engineering team.
