Job summary

We Are Zenith in the United Kingdom is seeking an engineering education professional to deliver practical workshop sessions across Electronics, Maintenance and Bench Fitting, helping learners gain essential skills for employment or further study.

You will work with course coordinators and lecturers to structure activities, monitor progress, assess competencies, and maintain records, while fostering a caring learning environment and promoting student attendance and personal growth.

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering or related discipline.
Recent industrial experience in a relevant engineering field.
Ability to demonstrate safe working practices in a workshop.
Welsh language skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver practical instruction and demonstrations to student groups to develop essential engineering skills.
Collaborate with course coordinators to create a structured activity schedule and support learners.
Monitor progress, assess practical competencies, and maintain accurate records.
