Job summary

Pigment is seeking an Engineering Manager who loves coding and mentoring engineers. You will remain deeply hands-on, spending about 80% of your time coding and 20% coaching, while building production features with modern frontend tech.

You’ll join a fast-growing, engineer-first team across multiple offices, contributing to data-driven SaaS products with a remote-friendly culture. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial professional software-engineering experience at a senior level.
• Hands-on with production code; coding remains a majority of your week.
• Strong frontend development experience with React, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting engineers through code reviews, pairing and feedback.
• Fluent in English (French not required).

Responsibilities

• Write, review, refactor and ship production code regularly using React, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Design and build sophisticated user interfaces for interacting with large datasets and complex configurations.
• Take ownership of engineering tasks from design to testing and deployment.
• Solve frontend performance, scalability and UX challenges.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and other engineers to deliver features.
• Contribute to AI-powered product experiences and maintain engineering standards.
