Job summary

Jonta M&E are recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a £400k manufacturing facility project in St Ives. This hands-on role requires supervising a small team of up to four electricians while staying active on the tools to keep works on programme.

You will plan daily works, coordinate labour and materials, and liaise directly with the client and other contractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery and high workmanship standards on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician on commercial, industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Strong hands-on electrical installation background with the ability to work confidently on the tools.
• Experience with LV switchboards, SWA cables, large cable terminations and electrical power installations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small electrical team of up to four electricians while remaining hands-on.
• Plan and coordinate daily works, labour and materials to keep the programme.
• Carry out electrical installation works including LV switchboard works, SWA cable installation and large cable terminations.
• Coordinate directly with the client, other contractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, organisation and professionalism throughout the project.
