Job summary

Jonta M&E is recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a hands-on leadership role on a £400k manufacturing facility project in St Ives. You will supervise a small team while staying active on the tools and coordinating with the client and other contractors.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in commercial/industrial projects, strong installation skills, and a Gold Card/JIB qualification or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Supervisor on commercial/industrial/manufacturing projects.
• Strong hands-on electrical installation background and ability to work on tools.
• Experience with LV switchboards, SWA cables and large cable terminations.
• Gold Card/JIB qualification preferred with strong commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small electrical team while remaining hands-on with installation works.
• Plan and coordinate daily works, labour and materials to keep the programme on track.
• Carry out electrical installation works including power supplies, LV switchboard and cable terminations.
• Coordinate with client, other contractors and site teams to ensure safe, efficient completion.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism throughout the project.
