Job summary

Universal Container Services Ltd in the North West of England is seeking a hands-on Marketing professional to support our ecommerce channels across website, Amazon and eBay. The role focuses on execution within a clear, supported direction rather than owning the entire function.

You will manage our on-going eBay Promoted Listings, own listing quality across Amazon, eBay and site, help build a measurement framework for CAC, AOV, conversion rate and ROAS, and contribute to email, social and CRM

Qualifications

• Experience with eBay/Amazon or similar marketplace (1+ year)
• Background in consumer DTC or B2B/wholesale sales
• Ability to track CAC, AOV, conversion rate and ROAS
• Willingness to learn and perform hands-on creative tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage existing eBay Promoted Listings campaigns and optimise spend
• Own listing quality across Amazon, eBay, and website including imagery, titles and categories
• Identify missed sales opportunities and optimize promotions and categories
• Help build measurement framework for CAC, AOV, conversion rate and ROAS
• Maintain marketplace account health: delivery performance, cancellations and seller ratings
• QA listings, site updates and campaigns to a high standard
• Manage organic social channels and plan posts
• Develop email marketing campaigns and reporting
• Support CRM data hygiene and basic HubSpot administration
• Create content to support listings, social and email (copy, banners, product imagery)
