Job summary

Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer for a chemicals site in West Yorkshire. You will deliver capital projects from concept through construction, commissioning and handover, working with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and external contractors.

Essential: degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering and 4–5+ years’ project engineering experience in a process manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4–5+ years' project engineering experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• Experience delivering projects through engineering, construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver capital projects from concept through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, SHE, Procurement and external contractors.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, schedule and safety requirements.
• Support contractor and vendor management and multi-discipline resources.
• Assist with risk management, cost control and project reporting.
