Halfords Autocentres is offering a structured apprentice position to train as a Vehicle Technician. You will experience servicing, inspections, diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models, learning hands-on with mentorship from experienced colleagues.

The role combines shop floor duties with academic college days (1 day per week) across a 5‑day week, with progression and career development opportunities within a top UK automotive retailer.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above (Or Equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair vehicles to high standard.
• Work on servicing, inspections, engine and electrical diagnostics.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attend college day release (1 day per week) while training in the Autocentre.
