Job summary

Halfords Autocentres is offering an Apprenticeship in vehicle diagnostics and repair within one of 600+ Autocentres. You will work on servicing, inspections and a range of repairs, from simple parts to engine diagnostics, developing practical skills while learning theory at college.

You will be adaptable, customer-focused and detail-oriented, with teamwork and strong problem-solving abilities. The programme combines hands-on work with formal training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
• Interest in cars and problem solving.
• Willing to learn diagnostic and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspection, servicing and maintenance.
• Work on engines, chassis and electrical faults.
• Collaborate with colleagues and mentors.
