Leisure People in Burton upon Trent is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and run a well-established leisure venue. You will lead a motivated team and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

You will oversee daily operations, drive multiple revenue streams including admissions, food and beverage, and exclusive hire, and deputise for the General Manager on duty. A competitive salary of £32k-£35k OTE is offered with excellent benefits and career progression

• Strong attention to detail with a front-of-house mindset.

• Work duty management shifts and at least one weekend in two.
• Deputise for the General Manager when required.
