Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking a Semi-Skilled Labourer for the Ferndown area. The role offers full training with no prior assembly experience required and practical, varied work across assembly tasks in a supportive environment.

You will operate power and hand tools, build structures, keep the workspace clean and safe, and support the team through every stage of the assembly process, while complying with health and safety standards. Pay is up to £14.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or workshop environment is ideal.
• Confidence using power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to carry out heavy lifting as required.
• A practical, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Prior Labouring experience.
• Ability to work independently and get the job done!
