Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a practical Semi-Skilled Labourer for a busy manufacturing site near Three Legged Cross. You’ll receive full training from day one and work on tasks you can see through from start to finish.

You’ll operate power tools, assist assembly, keep the workspace clean, support the team, and follow health and safety standards at all times. Prior labouring experience helps, but a can-do attitude and willingness to learn are key.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or workshop environment is ideal.
• Confidence using power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to carry out heavy lifting as required.
• A practical, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and competently.
• Build structures and assemblies.
• Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
