Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Assembly Technician for their site in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The role offers hands-on work on high-precision products with full training provided and a clear path into engineering.

You will join an established manufacturing team, perform varied assembly tasks, and develop technical skills through specialist training. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00–16:30, with a positive, supportive environment and a strong company pension scheme.

Assembly Technician

Excellent opportunity for an Assembly Technician, either with hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, or a motivated junior looking to secure their first role with full training provided, within an international market‑leading company.

This company has been well established for over 60 years and has built an excellent reputation for the quality of its work, as well as the way it looks after its staff. They are currently going through a period of growth after winning new contracts, and due to their continued success they are now looking to add to their specialist team.

In this role, you will work as part of an established team and be responsible for a range of assembly activities on market‑leading products. Previous hands‑on experience would be beneficial, but full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone from a practical background or a complete junior looking to take their first step into engineering. This role is Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with an early finish on Fridays.
