Job summary

Kensa is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our Chacewater production team. You will follow technical drawings and work instructions to assemble heat pumps and ancillary products, with emphasis on reliability and safety.

You’ll gain training from day one and have opportunities to learn across multiple assembly disciplines, including brazing and silver soldering, as you contribute to a more sustainable future.

Qualifications

• Hands-on assembly experience or transferable practical skills.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions.
• Willingness to learn brazing and silver soldering.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble heat pumps and ancillary products per drawings.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly and testing.
• Inspect products for faults and maintain quality.
• Report issues to Team Leader.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a safe workplace.
• Develop skills across assembly disciplines through training.
